NMS Digitals Managed IT includes 24/7 monitoring and alerting, helpdesk support (chat, email, phone), cybersecurity (firewall, endpoint protection, email filtering, DNS security), cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, automated backups and disaster recovery, hardware procurement and lifecycle management, and proactive patching and maintenance.
How fast is your IT support response time?
Our service-level agreement (SLA) guarantees a response within 15 minutes for critical issues (system down, security incident) and 1 hour for high-priority requests during business hours. Most tickets resolve same-day. After-hours emergency support is available with our Premium and Enterprise tiers. We track every ticket against SLA and publish the data in monthly reports.
What cybersecurity services do you provide?
